Consumables, goods, furnishings, subcontractors, technology, and repairs are extra. These extras include:

• Professional photography– Anticipate $250 for interior photography to showcase your property in the best light.
• Linens – Depending on the number of beds and baths, anticipate $500 - $2000 for sheets, comforters, pillows, towels, and mats. Use our Linen Calculator below.
• Consumables – We purchase and stock inventory for shampoos, soaps. detergent, and chemicals as needed. These costs are detailed on your owner statement.
• Maintenance and Repairs – Our on-staff general contractor manages a roster of subcontractors for handyman repairs, plumbing, electrical, roof, landscaping, and more. Following industry standards, we markup outside labor, vendors, purchases, and materials. This service is included in our platform as a convenience. You are free to hire your own subcontractors as desired.
• Cleaning Fee – Housekeeping services are included in AVR’s All-Inclusive Platform. We retain the cleaning fee to to pay our housekeepers.
